The Foreign Minister of France, Jean-Yves Le Drian, wants the EU to have a discussion on Turkey "without taboos," something which implies there could be a direct discussion of Turkey's long-stalled accession to the EU, besides the more pressing issue of Turkey increasing military involvement in Libya, also the constant antagonizing of Greece with violations of airspace and manipulation of migrant flows in the Mediterranean (and at Evros). Le Drian's words follow closely on Macron's from just a few days ago, angry over Turkey's actions.

Mitsotakis issues firm reprimand to Turkey's aggressive border actions

Article at the Post chronicles the recent history of tensions between Greece and Turkey, noting how Turkey has specifically moved against the border of Greece using immigrant flows, but not doing so with Bulgaria, its other shared border area. This comparison begs the obvious point (not covered in the Post piece but elsewhere) that destabilizing the Evros border is combined with Turkey's moves to destabilize the Aegean and E. Med in general, with Turkish ships escorting migrant craft to Greek islands (this is covered in the Post article) and constant air space violations by Turkey warplanes (also in the Post piece, also Turkey's energy exploration in zones around Cyprus).

This increasing activity by Turkey in these actions isn't examined in the Post article, why its happening now and what the impetus might be beyond just the long term history of Greece/Turkey relations.
